What we collect

We collect the names and phone numbers of our staff and contractors, and the contents of text messages exchanged with them, so we can coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and supplies at our rental properties.

How we use it

We use this information only to run our rental operations: scheduling cleans, reporting property issues, and ordering supplies.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We use a messaging provider only to deliver our texts.
