Program name: 195 LLC Staff Notifications. 195, LLC sends operational text messages to its cleaning and maintenance staff about cleaning schedules, reservation changes, property issues, lost items, and supply orders. Staff can text back to report issues or ask questions.

Consent

Staff give verbal consent in person when they begin working with 195, LLC. We tell them: We will text you work updates about cleaning schedules, reservation changes, lost items, property issues and supplies from 195 LLC. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Staff confirm by replying YES to our first message, and that reply is kept as a record of consent. We do not send marketing messages, and consent is not a condition of employment.
